I have a long history of dealing with my weight. I also have a history of losing it!
I started my journey in 2005 and lost 80lbs in 3 months, unfortunately it wasn’t the greatest thing I’ve ever done. I led myself into a 7 year battle with anorexia and bulimia.
After 7 years of mistreating my body with harsh diets, diet pills, red bull and alcohol. Finally in 2014, I hit a wall.
That led me to finding the lifestyle that ultimately changed my life.
Which all leads me to where I am now. On my journey of bouncing back from my pregnancy weight gain of 100lbs. As I type this it is January 2nd 2016, I am 6 months into my journey and 50 lbs and 44 inches down.
For the second time in my life, I’m doing it the right way. Eating the right amount, at the right time and working out to programs designed to maximize results and take the guessing out of how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I look better now than I ever have in my life, regardless of not being at my goal weight. My body is stronger, more toned and slimmer than when I was 15lbs lighter and the same measurements.
That’s not to say this is easy. This is the hardest journey I’ve ever been on. But I’ve learned and grown so much from the last 7.5 months since my son was born and I can’t wait to cross the finish line.
